This role presents a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in the development and delivery of strategies that foster sustainable relationships with supporters and drive long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate a multi-faceted direct marketing program across digital, direct mail, telemarketing, email, social media, and other relevant channels to deepen engagement and grow support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise lead generation activities and conversion strategies across fundraising teams.
  • Support the implementation of cultivation activities designed to nurture relationships with supporters and convert them into flourishing donors.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to ensure effective and timely delivery of campaign components.
  • Work in partnership with the Data & Insights team to develop and use propensity models and reporting tools to evaluate direct marketing performance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability supporting programs to acquire customers/donors and growing support into flourishing relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Professional and approachable with maturity and diplomacy to engage respectfully with supporters and donors.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills with ability to maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Jira, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
