Job Title:

A technical support professional is sought to provide timely and effective assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, receive and respond to service desk requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
  1. Log, categorize and prioritize requests and incidents for resolution.
  2. Investigate and troubleshoot basic level faults to ensure optimal system performance.
  3. Elevate complex issues to other technical teams as required.
  4. Deliver excellent customer service by meeting and exceeding required SLAs.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of IT systems by updating knowledge bases and creating relevant documentation.
Requirements:
  • Essential:
  1. Previous experience in an IT Technical Support role.
  2. Diploma or equivalent in an IT-related field.
  3. Proficiency with Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange.
  4. Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
  5. ITIL Foundation awareness.
  6. Ability to resolve IT issues over the phone.
  7. Experience with ticket logging systems.
  8. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  9. Capacity to work well under pressure.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Jira Automation.
