Accounts Receivable Officer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to process scheduled and ad-hoc invoices, collect and allocate receipts, provide exceptional customer service, complete reconciliations, and perform end-of-month duties.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and take on key responsibilities in the accounts receivable function. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in accounts receivable, high-level Excel skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process scheduled and ad-hoc invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure timely collection and allocation of receipts
  • Provide high-level customer service and professionalism to all staff, debtors, and clients
  • Complete reconciliations and build relationships with major accounts
  • Allocate and receipt payments
  • Perform end-of-month duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
