We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Officer Accounts Receivable is responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions, performing daily financial tasks, and managing credit card and deposit bank accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily financial tasks, including verifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Prepare and process customer refunds as per company guidelines.
  • Manage Credit Card, PayPal, and deposit bank accounts.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding deposits and refunds.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with working with data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive working approach.
  • Advanced numeracy ability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
