As a skilled production assistant, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of high-quality audio equipment.

\

Working alongside our experienced CNC team, your responsibilities will include supporting all CNC processes, including loading and unloading machines. You will also be responsible for assisting with packaging, palletising, labelling, and other tasks as required. Additionally, you will perform maintenance-related tasks as needed, maintain accurate records, ensure housekeeping rules are adhered to, and inspect parts before and after processing.

To excel in this role, you will need previous experience as a production assistant in a manufacturing environment (desirable), excellent written and communication skills, the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You must also be a conscientious and dynamic individual with excellent timekeeping and attendance, flexible with working hours, including shifts and overtime as needed, and have a basic understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
