We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Specialist. This role involves driving growth in the sales and hire of audio equipment by providing outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and hands-on experience with a wide range of audio equipment, including mixing consoles, live microphones, PA speakers, and related products. A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Driving sales and hire of audio equipment
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends

Requirements:

  • Several years of industry experience in music retail/hire, wholesale or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High levels of attention to detail and multitasking ability

Benefits:
