  • Perform bank reconciliations and daily cash flow monitoring to ensure financial stability.
  • Assist with payroll processing and compliance to maintain regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly reports and support budgeting/forecasting activities to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Support the Finance Manager with audits and end-of-month processes to maintain financial integrity.
About the Role:

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all financial activities. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other team members to deliver timely reporting and contribute to the organization's financial success.

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel to analyze and present financial data.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting, such as a degree in accounting or a related field.
