Job Title: Floral Sales Coordinator

The role of a Floral Sales Coordinator is pivotal in driving growth and operational efficiency within the floristry department. This position encompasses managing all wedding and event floral enquiries, from initial contact to post-event follow-up, and taking full ownership of quoting and client coordination.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and preparing premium wedding arrangements, general floristry orders, and other related tasks.
  • Providing assistance to management in supervising the store and staff.
  • Performing opening and end-of-day procedures, including stock ordering and inventory control.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and patience when working with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience in sales coordination, event planning, or client-facing retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM or quoting systems.
