Chromatography Specialist

This is a challenging position focused on developing analytical methods and ensuring quality control in complex matrices. Our team requires a highly skilled chromatographer to develop and implement high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods for nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, optimize, and validate HPLC methods for various applications
  • Operate and troubleshoot instrumentation, including HPLC systems, gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and other analytical equipment
  • Prepare samples using techniques such as solid-phase extraction, liquid-liquid extraction, and dissolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including cGMP, FDA, ICH, and ISO standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in chromatography, with a focus on method development and validation
  • Expertise in Waters Empower software and familiarity with GMP/GLP regulations
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
