Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel and ensuring compliance with Customs regulations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the unloading, checking, positioning, and reporting of goods into the warehouse
- Coordinating the collection and delivery of goods
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock levels
- Performing regular audits to ensure quality control and safety standards
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing warehouse resources and inventory
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
