Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our housekeeping team at Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for guests. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.

  • Clean guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.
  • Restock amenities and ensure housekeeping trolleys are maintained.
  • Report maintenance issues and assist with linen management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
  • A high attention to detail and pride in presentation.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across a roster including weekends and public holidays.
