Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Transaction Diligence team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex due diligence engagements for acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial and operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
  • Project manage teams, information flows and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, impacting deal value and structuring.
  • Present findings and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Share technical knowledge with the team.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives and new opportunities by building client relationships and demonstrating industry expertise.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Transaction Services within an Advisory environment, working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements.
  • A degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
  • Chartered Accountant membership or international equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability in a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly analytical individuals who enjoy solving deal value questions under tight deadlines.
