About the Role

The Procurement and Supply Business Lead will be our Procurement and Supply Chain subject matter expert for inventory and warehouse management on our journey to replace Ellipse. You will play a key role in introducing several integrations between SAP and Ellipse to support the staged rollout over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement and supply strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage inventory and warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and identify procurement and supply requirements
  • Provide strategic advice to management to support high-quality outcomes

About You

In addition to your degree or qualification in Procurement, Business, or Project Management Systems and/or equivalent experience, you have very strong knowledge of both Ellipse and SAP inventory and warehouse management modules. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build strong relationships to collaborate, educate, and negotiate with a range of stakeholders inside and outside of the business.

You also have:

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and forecast to ensure resource and workload balance occurs to deliver the EQL Procurement and Supply program
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of change management practices and the ability to communicate these effectively
  • The ability to analyze complex situations and provide strategic advice to management to support high-quality outcomes
  • Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly gain knowledge of EQL procurement policies and external legislation requirements
