As a key player in the global resources sector, we're seeking an experienced Study Manager to lead our studies team. Reporting directly to the Group Manager - Studies, you'll oversee all aspects of scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies ensuring compliance with client requirements, scope of works, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of study deliverables, including scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating expectations and delivering high-quality results.
  • Engage and/or manage specialist consultants, coordinating compilation of study reports.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in development, delivery, and operation of mining or mineral processing studies and projects.
  • Proven track record of managing and coordinating various engineering, environmental, and social inputs to Greenfield mining developments.
  • Able to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and co-workers.
  • Ability to achieve consistently high standards within budgetary and schedule constraints.
