Leadership Role for Disability Support Team

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations, manage staff rosters and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Develop strategies to optimize staff efficiency and maximize job satisfaction.
  • Respond to inquiries from support staff and provide guidance on training requirements.
  • Identify capacity gaps and develop plans to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate certification (minimum Certificate IV) in a related field.
  • Experience in the disability sector or a related field, with knowledge of NDIS.
  • Proficiency in using databases, software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with participants, families and community members.
