The need has arisen for a CEO to take charge of a thriving crane hire and heavy lifting business in regional WA. We're looking for a commercially driven leader with deep operational insight, strong industry experience, and the vision to scale a high-impact business into its next chapter. With a strong client base, an established fleet, and ongoing demand, this is a high-impact leadership role focused on operational excellence, compliance, safety, and profitability. The position will be Bunbury-based with our expansion to the City and Great Southern.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Lead overall business operations across multiple depots
  2. Oversee financial performance, client contracts, and compliance
  3. Mentor and lead regional Ops Managers and supervisory staff
  4. Drive growth strategy while maintaining safety & quality benchmarks
  5. Represent the company with major clients and key industry bodies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Executive-level experience in crane hire, construction, logistics, or heavy machinery
  • In-depth understanding of lift planning, site risk management, and safety protocols
  • Exceptional leadership and commercial acumen
  • A solutions-first mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
