Property Valuer Position

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Property Valuer. This is an exciting opportunity for a valuer to join our dedicated and highly regarded agency.

This position requires the ability to provide professional, expert and authoritative property and valuation information and technical expertise that is consistent with legislation, policy and community standards and expectations.

You will be responsible for making land valuations using NSW's mass valuation system for rating and taxing purposes under the Valuation of Land Act, 1916 (Act). This includes determining objection valuations for all types of land valuations in line with the Act, and making compulsory acquisition valuations to determine the compensation to be awarded under the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991.

The successful candidate will possess:

Suitable qualifications and experience include:

  • Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practicing Valuer designation or equivalent
  • Current driver licence and willingness to travel
