Job Title: Audio Visual Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and deployment of audio-visual (AV) systems across multiple project sites. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with strong AV technical expertise who thrives in leading teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.

About the Role
  • Oversee and coordinate AV installation activities across multiple project sites.
  • Lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise in AV system setup, wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical expertise in AV system setup, wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
  • Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate AV installation activities across multiple project sites.
About You
  • Proven experience as an AV Site Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX) and conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience.
  • Essential Qualifications: Current Driver's License + Construction White Card.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Working at Heights, EWP, ACA Cabling License, Working with Children Check.
  • Nationality: Must be PR or Australian Citizen.
