Audio Visual Technician Job Position

Casual to full-time positions available in the audio visual industry with a reputable company that has been operating for over a decade.

The company holds a strong market position, maintains regular clients, and boasts a proven track record of delivering results with customer satisfaction.

Our warehouse and office are situated in Western Sydney, covering the entire Sydney Metro and regional areas through sales and installation interstate.

We install and service commercial-grade audio-visual equipment to corporate, educational, government, and religious sectors.

As an Audio Visual Technician, your responsibilities include providing efficient, effective, and timely delivery of Hire, Sales, and Installation services to small, medium, and large organisations.

You will be expected to meet customer expectations, resolve AV issues onsite, and deliver outstanding service.

Key tasks include configuring, updating, and programming AV components in a live environment, effective communication with customers and management, and ensuring timely and orderly delivery of AV services.

Required skills and qualifications include a good understanding of audio-visual systems, experience working with power tools, video conferencing/AV experience (preferable), flexibility across operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.

A positive attitude, desire to learn, and ability to develop an AV career are essential. Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions is also advantageous.
