Job Summary

As a seasoned Installation Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for the Installation Team. You will oversee the installation of Audio Visual and IT hardware on-site, ensuring seamless coordination with other trades and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and direction to the Installation team.
  • Oversee the installation of various Audio Visual and IT hardware on-site.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of installation activities on construction sites, working with other trades and stakeholders.
  • Make sure that projects are completed within set deadlines, implementing efficient project management practices and closely monitoring project progress.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office to manage rostering and labor requirements, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling to meet project needs effectively.
  • Manage the installation and termination of cable infrastructure in accordance with project requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of all installations, documentation, and reports.
  • Manage and conduct thorough testing of installed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Oversee and manage the acquisition, maintenance, and return of equipment and machinery used in installations.
  • Serve as a role model for the team, setting high standards for professionalism, work ethic, and quality of work.

Requirements:

You will possess a strong technical and process-oriented mindset, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. Additionally, you will be highly proficient in installation techniques, have a positive attitude, and be able to work on a construction site and coordinate with other trades. A valid manual driver's license and a valid Green/white Card for site safety are also required.
