Flexible part-time and full-time positions are available.

Your Role

As the Assistant Kitchen Chef / Junior Culinary Specialist, you will be tasked with the preparation, production, and presentation of a variety of dishes, adhering to established recipes and guidelines set by the Head Chef, while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

Prioritizing food safety and hygiene in food preparation, following HACCP principles and local catering regulations. Preparing, producing, and presenting all dishes in compliance with recognized Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards. Demonstrating a willingness to expand culinary knowledge and skills. Aiming to reduce food waste. Delivering an outstanding Guest experience. Conducting daily audits of kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.

Relevant culinary qualifications. Previous experience in Food & Beverage within a hospitality setting. A commitment to providing an exceptional Guest experience.
