As a Project Engineer, you will drive the delivery of projects with precision and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project completion in line with client expectations.
  • Overseeing project financial performance by preparing progress claims, managing cost tracking, and maintaining positive cash flow to meet margin targets.
  • Leading design reviews, managing scope changes, and implementing value management strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Managing contracts, including procurement, execution, and finalisation, resolving contract claims and accounts after project completion.
  • Establishing and monitoring project programs, identifying risks and opportunities, and aligning procurement with project timelines.
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to strict safety standards and protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.

You require relevant industry qualifications, sound experience in the construction industry, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of commercial industry-based head contracts and subcontracts is also desirable.
