Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of our supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a supply chain, logistics, or purchasing role, with knowledge of industrial engineering products and proficiency in inventory and order management systems.

You will be responsible for purchasing, managing purchase orders, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, processing sales orders, maintaining customer relationships, monitoring stock levels, and forecasting future supply needs.

  1. Purchasing: Place and manage purchase orders to ensure stock availability and cost efficiency.
  2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, working with freight providers to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Sales Order Processing: Accurately process and track sales orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  4. Customer & Internal Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between sales, operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain relationships, clear communication and efficient workflow.
  5. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, update inventory databases, and forecast future supply needs.
  6. Order Tracking: Ensure all sales orders are accurately tracked and communicated to customers throughout the delivery process.
  7. Shipment Coordination: Organise dispatches and deliveries to align with client schedules and expectations.
