Our organization is seeking a dedicated Community Liaison Officer to join our team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care services to older adults.

About the Role:

This rewarding position involves assisting clients to live independently at home for as long as possible by providing support with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, transport, meal preparation and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel around the Lower North Shore, engaging with a diverse range of people and offering social support or respite for family members/carers.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support highly regarded (but not essential).
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle (essential).
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check.
