Job Title: Community Liaison Officer As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and aspirations, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

  3. Listen to concerns from customers and stakeholders, and work collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

  4. Elevate complex matters to senior staff as needed, and keep them informed of progress and outcomes.

  5. Manage sensitive documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.

  6. Perform general administrative tasks such as records management, filing, and data entry.

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client service or related roles is highly desirable.

  • Background in financial planning or government sectors is also beneficial.

  • Previous experience supporting vulnerable clients or community members is an added advantage.

  • Ability to participate in a rotating phone roster and cover shifts between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

  • Caseworker experience would be a significant asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
