Job Title: 24.182 Team Lead – New Roads
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Team Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the Therapeutic Community, including staff and resident support, orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Wellness Checks and Security Checks are conducted to standard
- Manage case files and provide emotional support to residents
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with other agencies and professionals as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a diploma in a related human/social services field, a minimum of two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and training, and strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Work Environment:
The Team Lead will work a full-time schedule, three 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week), Thurs/Fri/Sat nights. Competitive compensation and benefits package available.
