Job Title:

Senior Nursing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing.

The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and management within the health service, ensuring effective delivery of clinical services that meet the strategic plan.

This senior nurse role requires advanced understanding and knowledge of clinical nursing, risk management, and NSQHS Standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and guidance to clinical divisions
  • Serving as a human resource and management liaison, especially outside business hours
  • Ensuring all interactions with staff, patients, and relatives align with the organization's values of wisdom, courage, and compassion

Key Qualifications:

  • Senior Registered Nurse with significant experience in management and leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, and ICT skills

To be successful in this role, you must hold current AHPRA registration and be eligible for work in Australia.
