Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our front desk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm welcome and ensure every guest feels like a VIP from check-in to check-out
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration
  • Resolve challenges and transform dilemmas into success stories
  • Promote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offerings
  • Share information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems
  • Accurately handle reservations and manage guest accounts

Requirements:

  • Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations
  • Ability to collaborate within teams and work independently
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations (desired)
