We are looking for a Technical Leader to lead our support teams in solving deep technical problems for customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a professional support team, including skills development and performance management
  • Operational control, shift scheduling, accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure timely and professional response to customer cases within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as the customer escalation contact, ensuring appropriate resolution of complex issues
  • Accountability for customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
  • Contribution to the knowledge base and continuous improvement of team processes
  • Hire, develop, and train support team members to meet business requirements
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with Linux at a technical level (Support, Development, Implementation)
  • Leadership experience and preferably team management experience
  • Proven track record of high customer focus under pressure
  • Fluent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience or knowledge of Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud, or Virtualization technologies
  • Proven contribution to Open Source projects
  • Software development experience
  • Experience in support organizations
