Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

As a seasoned IT Operations Manager, you will spearhead the technical disciplines of Network & Communications, Infrastructure, Workplace Technology (EUC), and Cyber Security.

This role demands strong leadership skills, with experience in managing technical solutions teams and designing fit-for-purpose technical solutions.

You will be responsible for providing technical direction across these domains, meeting with industry leaders and suppliers, driving SLA and performance outcomes, and ensuring resilience, compliance, and security across our technology.

In addition, you will develop and maintain documentation, policies, standards, and processes, and deliver innovation and technology leadership for technologies such as Windows Hello and Splunk.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of contemporary IT infrastructure systems experience, including servers, networks, storage, firewalls, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
