Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Technology Officer.

The successful candidate will have the ability to provide technical expertise, support, and advice by maintaining the operational environment and developing custom solutions to support client service delivery needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively supporting the day-to-day operation of Technology Services across TSB by ensuring the configuration and administration of all Enterprise Systems Monitoring software and technology meets relevant Service Level agreements.
  • Proactively engaging with various stakeholders across TSB on a daily basis to meet the service delivery demands from clients and contribute to improving teamwork and knowledge sharing amongst fellow team members.
  • Maintaining relevant system documentation and producing technical reports and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM) monitoring system.
  • SNMP configuration versions 2 & 3.
  • Microsoft PowerShell or similar scripting skills.
  • Solarwinds monitoring skills would be an advantage.
