Regional Sales Professional

As a Regional Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with rural retailers to drive business success. Your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with key stakeholders including farmers, fencing contractors, government bodies, and industry groups to maximize sales revenue, margin, and volume of our rural products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted sales growth and monitor market trends.
  • Effectively influence large-scale contractors, end-users, and other critical stakeholders by articulating the benefits of our products, conducting demonstrations, and providing training.
  • Cultivate extensive relationships with end-users, distributor clients, and key influencers of buying decisions to optimize sales revenue, margin, and volume.

Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of the Australian agricultural industry is crucial.
  • Proven sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills are necessary.
