Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CFO Advisory Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will assist Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments in creating value and improving their operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finance Transformation:
    • Assist clients in streamlining finance processes and enabling effective business partnering.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial reporting requirements, financial controls and processes, and execute bespoke reviews and reports with your observations.
  • Control Frameworks and Reporting:
    • Design and implement robust control frameworks and optimize financial reporting to enable effective decision-making.
  • Digital Transformation:
    • Assist clients in optimizing their finance functions through digital transformation and management reporting modernization.
  • Client Relationships:
    • Foster trusted client relationships and identify new opportunities to help them achieve their unique business goals.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop an energetic, diverse, and high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in financial accounting or audit with specific experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ERP Implementations, and competence in assessing, designing, and implementing improvements to finance processes.
  • CA or CPA qualification, as well as a solid understanding of general finance and accounting.
  • Knowledge or experience in working in the Government sector is valuable.
