Job Title: CFO LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Finance Directorate. The successful candidate will drive financial strategy, sustainability, and performance to target in a complex environment.

  • The CFO leads the Finance Directorate and is a key member of the executive team.
Responsibilities

The role includes:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies that support high-quality patient care.
  • Maintaining robust financial stewardship through effective financial planning, management, and reporting.
  • Navigating complex funding landscapes and optimising financial performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A CA/CPA qualification and a strong background in finance.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
