Role Summary

A key position in our organization, the Multichannel Engagement Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement through strategic content creation and channel optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an omnichannel strategy to leverage relevant content and channels that support superior customer engagement aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with assigned business units to develop, propose, and manage multichannel initiatives to enhance productivity and business impact.
  • Advise on and support the creation of engaging, informative, and compliant content across various digital channels to facilitate lead generation and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate closely with the MCE Lead to ensure consistency across the business and strategic planning and optimization of function and processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Omnichannel/Digital Marketing in Healthcare, combined with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement expertise.
  • Experience in content creation is highly valued, while proficiency in Veeva OCE is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Medicines Australia regulatory framework is desirable.
