Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
Creative Direction & Campaign Management
  • Own brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Team Oversight & Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Manage and mentor in-house marketers and offshore specialists to ensure high-quality work.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and refine tactics to optimize results.
Industry Compliance & Insight
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with NDIS and healthcare regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform messaging and channel selection.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in NDIS/aged-care, healthcare products, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling multichannel campaigns that drive revenue and engagement.
  • Strong brand stewardship and creative direction experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and grow both local and offshore teams.
