**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
Reporting into the Business Excellence Lead this newly created Multichannel Marketing & Platforms Enablement Manager position is a high-profile role that will act as a champion and support the business in creating and delivering an exceptional multichannel customer experience managing CRM and digital/omni-channel tools.
This role will act as the implementation manager for initiatives to drive Bayer's omnichannel journey to deliver a personalised data driven customer centric experience and digital strategy.
**Do something that moves you**:
- Manage configuration, user experience and continuous improvement of the Bayer Veeva CRM Platform
- Be an agent for change, driving innovation and adoption of new technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience
- Be the squad lead for optimising Bayer CRM, multichannel platforms, and processes and for executing the Integrated MultiChannel Marketing (IMCM) strategy and initiatives
- Collaborate with business, vendors, commercial and tech teams to scope, plan and embed digital experiences for HCPs
- Monitor the external digital landscape, staying up to date on new and emerging innovations, evaluating new trends and helping offer creative solutions and craft a long-term vision for Omni channel engagement with customers
- Utlise analytics to develop, measure and optimise integrated multi-channel campaigns
- Track performance, rapidly evolve content and optimise channel mix to deliver impact
- Actively participate as member of internal cross functional teams/squads providing field insights to help drive brand strategies and tactics
**You will have**:
- Passion for digital, healthcare, and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems including VEEVA
- Proven project & service management skills in a complex commercial setting
- A creative mind with analytical skills and reporting capability backed up by a pragmatic approach
- Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional local, regional, and global stakeholders
- Previous experience with agile or scrum methodology(preferred)
