Imagine a role where you can unlock your full potential and deliver exceptional results in the field of geo-environmental engineering. Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our Adelaide office.

This position offers the opportunity to lead technical teams, build strong relationships with key clients across Australia, and deliver projects in civil infrastructure, waste, water infrastructure, and mining sectors.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering, combined with more than 7 years of industry experience.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in waste and geo-environmental engineering, as well as strong expertise in waste management, including landfill design, leachate systems, geosynthetics, and resource recovery.

In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading and integrating into multidisciplinary projects, and a highly motivated, innovative mindset with a commitment to sustainability and technical excellence.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering;
  • More than 7 years of industry experience in waste and geo-environmental engineering;
  • Strong expertise in waste management, including landfill design, leachate systems, geosynthetics, and resource recovery;
  • Excellent communication skills and experience leading and integrating into multidisciplinary projects;
  • A highly motivated, innovative mindset with a commitment to sustainability and technical excellence.
