Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior associate to lead technical projects and strengthen client relationships across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver projects focused on waste management, water infrastructure, mining, and ground engineering;
  • Develop innovative solutions for geo-environmental challenges, integrating waste management into broader infrastructure projects;
  • Prepare and review technical documentation for waste-related projects;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and support business development initiatives;
  • Ensure technical excellence and oversee quality and risk management;
  • Manage project delivery, focusing on repeat business and client satisfaction;
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment;
  • Contribute to operational management and drive business growth in waste and environmental services.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will likely have a tertiary qualification in Civil, Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering combined with more than 7 years of industry experience.

You will also bring:

  • Significant experience in waste and geo-environmental engineering;
  • Strong expertise in waste management, including landfill design, leachate systems, geosynthetics, and resource recovery;
  • Expertise addressing subsurface environmental risks, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management;
  • Excellent communication skills and experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • A highly motivated, innovative mindset with a commitment to sustainability and technical excellence;
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision making and mentoring skills.
