The primary objective is to capture data requirements, source, combine, and decipher internal and external data. This information will help drive data-driven decisions for the Product, Technology, and Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify user behaviours and trends, make recommendations, and assist the product team with decision making.
  2. Monitor product performance, recommend alterations to meet KPIs, and work with other departments to enhance analysis and presentation of product data.
