Airline Training Specialists are sought to provide expert flight instruction and training.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough pre-flight briefings, in-flight guidance, and post-flight debriefings as per aviation regulations.
  2. Instruct and demonstrate flight maneuvers, instrument procedures, emergency procedures, and navigation techniques to students.
  3. Assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Develop customized lesson plans and training materials tailored to meet individual student needs.
  5. Administer and evaluate written exams, flight tests, and other assessments to ensure students' proficiency and compliance with aviation standards.
  6. Maintain accurate records of students' flight training progress and achievements.
  7. Ensure adherence to aviation safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry best practices.

**Requirements:

  1. Hold a current Commercial Pilot License (CPL) issued by the relevant aviation authority. Possess a Flight Instructor Rating or Grade 2/Grade 3 Instructor Rating.
  2. Minimum 2 years and 500 hours of flight experience, with significant time as pilot-in-command.
  3. Proficient knowledge of aviation theory, flight operations, navigation, and aircraft systems.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for instructing and interacting with students.
  5. Patient, adaptable, and able to work with diverse individuals from various backgrounds and skill levels.
