Home Loan Specialist

A reputable mortgage brokerage is seeking a highly skilled Home Loan Specialist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with clients in finding, buying and owning property with confidence.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, guiding them through the home loan process from search to settlement, and submitting deals to our processing team.
- Manage walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our expanded service offering to provide expert advice to customers.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it).
- A background in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.
