Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to work as a Legal Advisor. As part of a well-trained, high-performance team, you will be trusted to advise business stakeholders directly, review and negotiate complex contracts.

You will have the opportunity to broaden your exposure to a wide variety of commercial agreements, including technology, construction, procurement, and operational contracts. Your role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting the business on complex transactions and projects, and advising on contract risk, obligations, and structuring.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 4–7 years PQE in commercial law, with experience in negotiation and transactional work. You will also need to have strong business acumen and the ability to work closely with non-legal stakeholders.

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts;
  • Support the business on complex transactions and projects;
  • Advise on contract risk, obligations, and structuring;
  • Assist in managing contract disputes and working with external counsel where required;
  • Contribute to compliance initiatives and corporate governance processes;
  • Maintain and improve internal templates, policies, and legal resources.
