About this role

This is a challenging opportunity to leverage your sales and clinical expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within a specified territory, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell medical products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct market research and implement market development plans to drive business growth
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product development and improvement

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, science, or business
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical devices or clinical healthcare
  • Sales experience and capability in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Advanced understanding of hospital operations, including purchasing, consignment, clinics, patient scheduling, and key influencers
  • Cardiac catheter lab experience is highly regarded
  • Clinical and technical knowledge, including published papers
  • Adept at consultative selling strategies, negotiation, and relationship-building
