Home Loan Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as the first point of contact for customers looking to buy, invest, or refinance. This role provides a clear pathway into mortgage broking or finance and growth opportunities within the organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
  • A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers' calendars.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.

Requirements:
