The Associate Team forms a vital layer of our sales organization, focusing on setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of brokers nationwide. In this position, you'll handle inbound customer inquiries while making outbound contact with leads to determine if we can assist with their lending needs.

This opportunity will equip you with a solid foundation in sales, an intimate knowledge of home lending, and the Australian mortgage market. Ultimately, it lays the groundwork for a successful future in mortgage broking or the broader finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending requirements
  • Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
  • Leveraging sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with essential information
Qualifications and Skills:

Our ideal candidate is a full-time individual well-suited for this role. This includes final-year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those interested in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance sector.

To foster your growth and development, full-time office attendance is required during your initial three months to immerse you in the business. Following this, high performers may have access to hybrid working options.
