Responsibilities:
  • Manage a pipeline of mortgage loan applications
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products
  • Build and maintain a network of referral sources including realtors and prospects
Qualifications:
  • Approved STATE NMLS license
  • Detail-oriented with decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and mortgage regulations
  • Experience with systems like Encompass
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
