Experienced Used Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Used Car Buyer to lead our vehicle acquisition team in the Illawarra region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of used car buying and thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective vehicle sourcing strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Ensure the highest quality and profitability standards across all acquisitions.
- Analyse market data, trends, and pricing to inform informed buying decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to secure the best deals.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of buyers.
Requirements:
- Strong background in automotive buying or wholesale with leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of vehicle valuation and retail trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with dealership systems and sourcing tools.
