Project Lead - High-End Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of high-end residential projects.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your expertise will directly shape the success of each build, and your voice will be valued in a business where collaboration and quality are at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide, mentor and support supervisors, apprentices and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery without compromising craftsmanship.
  • Oversee multiple residential projects end-to-end from handover to completion, ensuring high quality, safety, cost control and client satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage project schedules, resources and budgets to achieve timely and on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Provide support with quoting, project estimation and feasibility reviews.
  • Conduct site inspections and assess design proposals to identify structural or budgetary considerations.
  • Ensure building sites positively reflect our commitment to health, safety, wellbeing and environmental management.
  • Champion our commitment to excellence across all construction activities.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients by guiding them through the construction process with clear communication and expert advice.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in residential construction management, ideally with a track record in custom or higher-value projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end projects involving technical expertise and complex matters.
  • Proven business acumen and ability to develop and monitor budgets and financial targets.
  • High level of competency with MS Applications, Project Management software and CRM.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of South Australian building codes, legislation and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and guide teams and contractors.
  • Effective communication, influence and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage competing priorities without losing sight of detail.
