About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Centre's Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of swim school instructors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learn-to-swim programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of swim school instructors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve program goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve swim school membership and program participation.
  • Collaborate with the Centre's Leadership Team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including WHS and risk management.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to swim school instructors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing leisure facilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of swim school operations and learn-to-swim programs.
  • Qualifications in pool operations, lifeguarding, and first aid.
  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
